Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant at Madani Studios LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the company run smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Filing and maintaining records
  • Handling mail and correspondence
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Providing support to team members as needed
  • Drafting cheques and following up on client payments
  • Managing financial records and assisting with budget planning

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business administration, office management, etc.)
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
